Queen Victoria Women’s Centre, Melbourne

A collection of paintings with its genesis in the landscape. I have visited, flown over, tread gently across or immersed myself within some of these places. Others are born of memories and imagined spaces.

Land and waterscapes hold me in their large as well as minute detail. A glimpse into the particular opens my eyes to the rhythms, colours, residents of the larger area, growing an appreciation for its beauty, complexity and wonder.
